Here at Kombat Kickboxing our emphasis is on fitness, flexibility, competition and fun. All this is carried out within our friendly club environment. Our competitive sphere stretches across the three elements listed below. For those who don’t want to compete, our classes are a great way to keep fit through our strength training and speed & agility drills while realizing the skills that come with learning a new discipline. Kickboxing is a group of martial arts and stand up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate, Muay Thai and Western Boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for a complete body workout to develop your fitness and strength, a self defense and a contact sport consisting of 3 elements, light contact, semi contact and full contact.
